How can I arrange to see a property? Call us at (410) 860-1685 or email us at insley45@comcast.net to arrange for an appointment. Please do not attempt to enter the property without an appointment.
If I decide to rent the property, what is the procedure? Once you decide on the property, you will be required to complete a rental application. After reviewing your application, we will notify you of our acceptance. At this point, payment of a security deposit and first month's rent will be required. A rental lease will be prepared and your signature will be required before tenancy begins.
How much is the security deposit? The security deposit is equal to one months rent.
Who do I contact if repairs are needed? For repairs, please contact Shan Insley at (410) 860-1685. We will assign the work to the appropriate entity for repair. All necessary repairs should be reported as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can remedy the problem.

Do you permit pets? Dependent upon the specific property, pets are permitted only with an adittional pet deposit of $200 per pet.
Who pays for the utilities? The tenant is responsible for all of the utilities.
